Convenience + Fun

RiverHeath is the proud home of several local businesses, perfectly curated to offer a mix of convenience and fun. Residents and visitors alike enjoy dining, fitness, salon services and more, including the award-winning Tempest Coffee Collective, a cafe with outdoor seating on the river.

Working remotely, but want a bit more room? Right on site is Menlo Park, a co-working space overlooking the water. You can range around the 3500sf workplace, sit by the fireplace, on the couches, or reserve your own office as you expand. Two large conference rooms will give you private equity backed appearance at bootstrap pricing. We like to work there.

Enjoy a morning yoga session at Grace Under Fire, get a great new blowout at Salon Elan, and slice of pizza on the boardwalk at Broken Tree Pizza. Or make your retirement account happy by arranging a sit down with Regency Wealth Management, the first business to join us over a decade ago.
Looking for that special piece of jewelry? Try Alyssa & Anna in our newly opened Willow building. How about a personal makeover? Visit Dana Michele Makeup & Aesthetics for your beauty needs. Or top off your dining room table with flowers from the Flower Mill. All these businesses at your fingertips.

Planning a wedding? Have a look at our newest addition, Poplar Hall. We can accommodate any function from a 200 person seated wedding to an intimate birthday overlooking the river.

Need a solution for out-of-town guests? The Courtyard Appleton Riverfront, an award-winning Marriott hotel, is located on RiverHeath's north end, adjacent to Telulah Park. Plan an escape and have friends visit for the weekend!

Natural Surroundings

Have you ever dreamed of living on the water and watching pelicans and eagles fly by your living room window? RiverHeath is located on the beautiful Fox River, adjacent to biking/hiking trails and Telulah Park. Only minutes from downtown, it's a sanctuary full of natural beauty, calm, and quiet.

The community was designed with sustainability and green living in mind—residents feel connected to nature each time they step outside, enjoy river views from their balconies, or walk the trails. Even our electricity comes from an onsite hydropower facility. We are powered by water. Birders, walkers, bikers, kayakers all find homes here. Birds don't have google maps, but they have the Fox River, a major migratory pathway year round. Catch a glimpse of our newest river residents, a family of otters. Grab a mug and watch the spectacle unfold from your living room.

Summer Concerts + More

From our popular Summer Concert series to yoga on the boardwalk, happy-hours and meet-ups, there's always something happening at RiverHeath. Visit our events page to find out what's coming up next!
